Custom Made Medicine Drums

I birth each drum to order, so please e-mail me and we can start a dialogue about what you are calling in. I will create them holding your intentions in my prayers as I work in a highly charged Sacred Space.

I work with Elk, Buffalo, Deer, Red Stag and whenever I can source it, also Horse.

The drum hoops are from salvaged Yellow Cedar trees, hand-made to order in British Columbia, Canada and range from 12” round hoops to 20” round hoops.

The mallet is included and made from deer buckskin and salvaged wool sweaters. It has a Maple handle and contains a red bundle with the four Sacreds (tobacco, sage, cedar and sweetgrass) in the center to honor the four directions and automatically open up a safe Sacred space once the drum is struck.

*All drums are handmade to order and will take anywhere from 8-12 days to ship They go through a seven day initiation period before shipping when they dry and pull in the energies of their medicine. The first three days they pull in the levels they will be working on:

BODY - the physical reality

MIND - the co-creation energy

SOUL - the channel to creator.

The last four days they pull in the FOUR DIRECTIONS and the FOUR ELEMENTS.

The way I lace my drums in the back came through an organic unfolding whereby the significance of every detail was taken into account, working with the four directions, the elements, and the unseen beings that continually teach and guide me. It simulates the circle of life and the guiding medicine wheel. Between the four directions, the sacred geometry becomes an activation that creates a bridge between Spirit and matter, Earth and the Most High. The 16 spokes reduces to seven (1+6=7) the Sacred number that connects us to Spirit and Creation.

It has become my “signature lacing” & has been steady for about a decade now, but who knows, I might just get shown another way one day…
